Homestay in Karori

Hello, I am looking for a female lodger to live in this beautiful light sunny room in Karori, Wellington. The bedroom comes fully furnished.

This would suit someone who is super considerate and looking for a quiet, tidy retreat space as a home, living with myself the owner (a female artist and creative professional), my sweet pup Alba, Sumi & Gigi the cats, plus another lovely female lodger.

The living style in this home is one of peace, quiet, humour, friendship, creativity and wellbeing – it is considered a retreat space and not a party home.

There is use of the kitchen-family room area, dining room, living room (with an open fire for winter), shared bathroom, separate toilet and laundry and a beautiful garden that is open to some more green fingers for flower, fruit and vegetable growing if that is of interest to you.

It is super important that you love dogs and cats as Alba is still a pretty young enthusiastic pup and Sumi and Gigi are young and very sweet also.

Situated at the city-end of Karori – near Zealandia, on the #21 bus route and a few minutes walk to Marsden Village.
