Safe secure swipe card access and keys
Very safe and central

Meals ate negotiatable as well

I've done this for about 7 years but deleted my profile had a 2 year break and brought a different apartment

I live 2 mins from courtney place where all the night life take aways restaurants pubs Bars transport you name it its all there .

My apt is fully furnished deep bath and excellent shower basin all modern cons

Kitchen is fully equipment microwave double fridge freezer
Dish washer waste master pantry

full size couch in lounge table and chairs large TV .sky TV as well its like cable TV unlimited internet in the place great oven and hob all appliances great heaters and cooling system

Huge balcony with bbq and table and chairs
A gym area inside with a gym quality
Treadmill as well as air bike
Boxing bag weights

Guests are welcome to use everything in apartment i ask for a bond to secure your room and stay if for any reason you can't stay or i need to cancel your stay you get the bond fully refunded other wise the bond will be refunded at the end of your stay .if for any reason the host needs to cancel then again the bond will be refunded with in the month either or party can cancel at any time and a contract with be emailed as soon as bond has been paid.
The bond must be paid as soon as the guest except the stay with me with on the exceptance
