Kia ora, we have two large bedrooms available in our newly renovated, warm and cosy home. We are a married couple in our early 30's who enjoy art/design, music and film and exploring the outdoors with our cuddly Springer Spaniel, Bear. We are moving back into our Whitby home in early August and are available to host tidy students or travellers that are seeking an easy going experience.

The house :
- The two available rooms share a large bathroom (shower and bath) and seperate toilet (away from the hosts)
- Both bedrooms have a large double bed, their own closet, and a view over Whitby
- Large open living and kitchen area (high ceilings) with a front deck over looking Whitby
- Private backyard with deck that captures lunch > afternoon sun
- Double garage equipped with some gym equipment
- Laundry space with washer and dryer
- On street parking
- All round good vibes in the house as we believe in having a nice and peaceful environment in our home

Transport:
- Bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house that takes you to the Paremata/Porirua train station or Porirua bus depot
- 5 minutes drive to Whitby or Pauatahanui Village
- 10 minutes drive to the beach

The rooms are available for $420 each p/w, this includes unlimited wifi, utilities, linen/bedding/pillows, towels, and food (breakfast and dinner).
Without breakfast and dinner - $340 each p/w

Breakfast / Dinner:
- We eat a well balanced diet including meat/veg/fruit
- Our house is mostly stocked with healthy foods
- If you don't need breakfast and dinner then we can discuss as price will be cheaper.

The house is big and theres only us two so you will have privacy.
