It's a safe secure apartment everything here once the bond and advance is paid I'll send ur contract to sign

The bond and advance is made up this way and this is how it works 2 weeks bond which is 2 weeks rent u get that back at the end of your stay provided nonthings broken and the apartment is the way I left it.
3 weeks rent is paid in advance and so before u leave u give 3 weeks notice and you don't pay any rent for those last 3 weeks as u have paid in advance There's a legal contract that will be given once the bond and advance is paid to secure your stay
