Newly renovated villa in Karori, Wellington. Walk to Victoria University in 20 minutes, walk to town in 35 minutes. Room is fully insulated with double glazing. Room is fully furnished with comfortable single bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe, coat hangers, desk, chair, lamp, blackout blind. Bathroom to share with one other tidy boarder.
We are a family of 4 (two children aged 9 and 10). We have one existing boarder (female aged mid 20s).
Open to short term and long term board.

Really handy location. Walk to lots of places easily. Really close to bus stops. Plenty of street parking in safe dead-end street.
