Homestay in Lower Hutt for $260 per week

Hi, we have a room available from September 2023. It is $260p/w. It coms furnished with king single bed, linen, draws, a desk and chair and a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage room. You would be joining a home enviroment of a single mum who works full time with a 9yr old son, a 25yr old male also my son and we have a cat. We are located in Petone, only 1 minute walk from the petone WelTec campus, 10-15 minutes by bus into Wellington and a 7 min walk to Ava train station which will take you straight into Wellington. If you need help from the airport, I can help with pre arranged notice outside of work hours.
