My house in Hataitai got two room downstairs for rent. The room got an amazing view of Evan Bay. We are the owner who is living upstairs professional working full time. You will share the bathroom and kitchenette/laundry with one other tenant. The house has off street parking and the closet bus stop and shops ate 850m walking. Bus number 2 and AX is every 5 mins
We are looking for 1 person each room - Professional or Student who is clean, tidy and pay rent on time - NO Party/Noise nor Smoking
Double bedroom: Included Bed and Wardrobe
Power, Wi-Fi, Gas is included. We have central heating and house is fully insulated recently.
Fully furnished downstairs: Kitchenette/Laundry, Microwave, Induction stove, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge…for light cooking.
Viewing time to be arranged
No pets or smokers.
