Looking to fill a fully furnished room in my sunny Crofton Downs New House? Available now!
We have two bedrooms available. Each is large enough for a single bed, have built-in closet, a study desk and chair. Plenty of light. Car park is available.
Rest of the house has good sized lounge and kitchen. There is a large fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, etc.
If you want to be close to town but still quiet this is a great spot.
About 10-minute walk to Crofton Downs Railway Station, and local supermarket, 10 mins train ride to city center, or 10 mins driving to city.
The house is well loved and maintained in a safe neighborhood. Walking tracks in the vicinity. The place is incredibly quiet and perfect for working-from-home or study
Current Flat mates : The owner (husband and wife in their early 50s, chill, respectful, generally active in sport).
We are seeking either female professionals or female students who are tidy, considerate, sociable and takes pride in living in a clean space. No pets or smokers. Price include internet and power. No meals.
