Homestay in Wadestown

Newly renovated home close to town with a lovely sleepout tucked away up on the hill in the bush. The sleepout has a desk, armchair, manrobe/drawers, large heater and a mezzanine with queen mattress. It is very private and surrounded by a deck with trees, birdlife and sunshine. It does get the northerly wind (when windy) but is sheltered from the cold southerly wind. The house has a lovely new kitchen, bathroom and living space with unlimited broadband. I’m vegan so prefer vegetarian or vegan guests. The house is up a long path so will suit fit people who don’t mind the walk up. The house is very sunny and private with views, a lovely garden in a bush setting which backs onto Te Ahumairangi hill/ town belt. Perfect if you enjoy nature and walks in the bush. Five minutes walk to the number 4 bus which runs every 15 minutes past Vic uni and through town. Ideal guests would be out working or studying mostly during weekdays and must be easygoing. I work in the evenings and part of the weekend. Must like dogs as I have three! (all very friendly). I like to create a welcoming and relaxing home. I’m flexible with meals being available or you may prefer to mostly prepare your own meals. If interested please get in touch.
