Homestay in Newlands

My name is Huinga I have 2 bedrooms and a third room for those looking for short term accommadation. Communal areas are the lounge, kitchen/dining, bathroom and laundry. Very close to public transport in fact only a couple of minutes from my home and on the main route to Wellington city. The house is a 120 year old Villa, very private with a large backyard. Short term home stays are available for those completing studies at a Training Institution, or University., please inquire as this will be dependent on room availability at the time. I am a teacher and currently working at Massey University. I have a garage and carport so if you have a vehicle we can arrange parking .
