We have 4 people in our 4bedroom house, build in 2020 all in double glazing windows and doors.

We have one bedroom to rent and come with a beautiful double bed, study desk and wardrobe for storage.
My son studying at Aotea collage and my daughter next year will be same Aotea collage.
Very a nice place to live here and it is new city good environment.

Please clean and tidy your bedroom everyday. any personal expenses are not including in the price Like: toilet paper, personal hygiene products and etc. everyday at 10pm please try not to make any noise and please closed the doors slowly will be very helpful

About 5 to 10 minutes walk to Aotea countdown supermarket
2min drive to SH1, Aotea Lagoon, Gear Homestead and Adrenalin Forest
5min drive to Porirua CBD and trains
20min by trains or off-peak drive to Wellington CBD2 to and 3 minute to walk Aotea college.
