Family of 6 with a little dog. Large property, plenty of space. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, five minute walk to the bus stop. Paremata train station less than 10 minutes drive. Bus route also leads to and from train station.
Room comes fully furnished with bed, bed side table and mirrored wardrobe, however, own furniture is fine. Large attic connected to room which can be used for extra storage or little reading/work area.
You will have your own bathroom (including standing shower & bathtub) and a shared toilet.
Shared communal space (kitchen, dining and lounge).
Washing machine available.
Continental breakfast (cereal, milk and bread) available.
