Homestay in Lower Hutt City

We are a friendly easy going family of two, mum + 2 year old daughter and we also have a small long haired cat.

We live in a nice quiet safe street, one block back from Petone beach, 5-7 mins walk to nearest bus stop into Wellington city (bus is about 20-25 min journey to city traffic dependant), about 20 mins walk from Petone train station (train is approx 12 min journey to city).

We have one single bedroom available, furnished with a bed, drawers and built in wardrobe. Could organise a desk if required. A TV could also be available. There is excellent WiFi with unlimited data available.

Breakfast is available, as shelf help (cereal, fruit, toast and spreads etc), you are welcome to use kitchen to cook own meals or happy to negotiate extra cost for other meals (dinner).

You need to be a reasonably clean and tidy person as well as fairly independent.

Unfortunately airport pick ups not available, but airport bus stops about 5-7 mins walk from front door.
