My name is Tom, and I am looking forward to staying with a host family in New Zealand.

On sunny mornings when the weather is not too cold, I enjoy going for a run before having breakfast. I also have a habit of reading before going to bed, as it helps me relax at the end of the day.

I have lived in southern China for many years, so I am not very used to cold weather. Through my work and travels, I have had the opportunity to visit most European countries as well as the United States. Although this will be my first time in New Zealand, I believe I can adapt well to the local food, culture, and way of life.

I enjoy learning new things and listening to different perspectives. When I encounter unfamiliar people or situations, I like to keep an open mind and try to understand them with respect and patience.

I value good personal hygiene and appreciate living with people who do the same. I am also a person who respects rules and responsibilities. If there is anything you would like me to do, I will be happy to help as long as the expectations and instructions are clear.
