Wellington Phoenix Academy U18 player looking for private room accommodation going forward this year and next year. Loves dogs and cats. Being from out of town would need some supervision and pastoral care. Capable to move around independently ( working on car license ) with bus / train, would prefer location near to or with easy train / bus access to Fraser Park for training, and St Patricks Silver Stream for school access for this year. So locations in around Fraser Park, Avalon or Lower Hutt or even Silver Stream would be ideal but would consider others locations if it ticked the easy access option. Would consider discussing tweaking budget if ideal location and environment was found.
