This is a small but cool & funky studio apartment over looking Wellington Harbour and Oriental Bay in bottom of our house, built 1928. We have had many a friend or winemaker stay and everyone says it is very comfortable and easy access to walking or scootering to the CBD. We upgraded apartment when we bought house 4 yrs ago. No stairs but is a bit down a path between Lindum Tr & Oriental Parade. Great security and automatic lighting engaged when walking along our path to house.

Fully Furnished with 2 Murphy beds that come out of wall, kinda like a 50’s sitcom. Small walk in closet, separate full kitchen with small washing machine ( you could use our bigger one upstairs if necessary), bathroom has full shower & tub. The toilet is separate from bathroom off entrance. Internet but no tv.

There is a nice garden and outdoor table to hang out in with gas bbq for use. There is a hot water shower outside for use after beach-3 minute walk to Oriental Parade & 10 to sandy beach. About 20 min walk NW Wellington, 30 min Moore Wilson’s, 25 min walk Te Papa. Right on bus route into town. Parking not zoned in this area and fairly easy to find at most hours. Plenty of scooters to grab or Mevo nearby.

This is a quiet place at night and only one neighbour behind us.

I am trying this out as previously have only had family & friends stay, colleagues in the wine industry. I am a Foodie & former Wine Rep so happy to help with places to eat, wines to drink, where to visit.
