A homestay in a quiet suburb of Tawa in an adult-only home with one indoor cat. The house is warm and double-glazed. About 8 minute walk to the nearest train station, which will take you to Wellington Station in about 20 minutes.

Can provide complimentary light breakfast ( toast, cereal, muesli, etc), and can also provide dinner at additional cost.

Would like a reasonably neat & tidy guest who can respect the house rules. :)
