I have a single bedroom with a large wardrobe available, its a two bedroom unit. I have a little dog called Teddy, so must be pet friendly. I am the owner of the property and I am a female in her 50's.

It is about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The 110 bus runs from Upper Hutt north to Petone. All Upper Hutt Colleges are at most a 10 minute walk from bus route. It also runs close to the Petone Campus of Whitireia and WelTec.

The room comes with a single bed, linen, drawers, lamp and heater. I can get a desk if you would like one.

Meals, internet and power are included in the price. I have a nice quite, sunny and private courtyard at the back of the unit.

I work full time Monday to Friday. I am quite the home body and like the quiet life.

I have put no pick from airport, but depending on time of day I may be able to pick you up.
