I have a single fully furnished warm room available (linen/towel/blanket/heating included) with great views in a quiet area 2 mins from beach and bus stop into Petone, Lower Hutt or Wellington. The communal areas are the kitchen, laundry, bathroom and lounge/dining. I also have two cats. We (myself and cats) are friendly and relaxed, and enjoy the beauty of this area and the bushwalks.
